LIGHTED HAIR SHOW
The 2013 lighted hair show exceeded all of our wildest
expectations. We are anticipating the same in 2014.
Featuring hair models from Avanti, Belu, Studio 16, and
Salon at Lakeside presented in themed concept. Using
the latest styles and techniques, talented local stylists
will bridge fashion and style with art.

Visual and Musical
ARTS BLEND
Our program will feature an all star group of musicians
performing a piece of music based on the theme of
light. Their performance will be paired with a projected
visual art display by featured artist, Andy Behrle.
Nick Johnson,

THE YO-YO GUY!
Nick will rock the stage with lighted yo-yo tricks. He is
currently ranked 8th in the nation for the off-string style
and has qualified to compete at the national level for
the past 3 years.

Light Night
JURIED ART EXHIBIT
A national juried exhibit of two-dimensional artworks that touch upon the theme of light. Artists were asked for photography harnessing light, paintings highlighting lighted effects, or even works depicting light bulbs, candlelight, light and shadow, and artificial and natural light. This event is curated by featured artist, Andy Behrle. The exhibit will open
during the Light Night event in the new addition to The Seasons, The Light Gallery, located in our "backstage" area. The Light Night Juried Art Show will be on exhibit until a closing reception, February 13.

Andy Behrle is an artist who uses light as a primary material in time-based installations. Behrle relocated to the Yakima Valley in 2012 and has worked designing, preparing, curating, and installing exhibitions at Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art, Arizona Museum for Youth, and Birmingham Museum of Art among many others. Behrle has also exhibited around the country, most recently having solo exhibitions at Sarah Spurgeon Gallery on the campus of Central Washington University, Longue Vue House and Gardens (New Orleans, LA), Mary G Hardin Center for Cultural Arts (Gadsden, AL), and 621 Gallery (Tallahassee, FL).
